About this loop

A 20-inch bar on a mid-size gas saw is a common firewood setup. The .325" pitch keeps the chain lighter than full 3/8", so these saws hold their speed on the longer bar. Full-chisel cutters add to that by slicing clean wood fast. They also need respect: this chain is not low-kickback, and square corners dull quickly in dirt. The M78 and Y78 codes point to the same loop. Our part 3C078X is German steel with quenched rivets and chrome-plated, rotary-ground cutters, packed three to a box in oil.
