Arrived damaged
Photograph the box and chain, then report it from the order. The store replaces or refunds.
Suspected defect
Keep the chain, take clear photos and open a warranty request from the order.
Unsure before opening
Send us the bar stamp first. We will confirm the size before you break the seal.
Warranty covers
- Cracked or broken rivets under normal tension
- Cutters missing chrome or plating from the card
- Drive links that do not match the carded gauge
- A bar with bent rails straight out of the box
Normal wear, not covered
- Dull cutters after use
- Stretch past the adjuster after heavy work
- Damage from dirt, stones, nails or fencing
- Running without bar oil
- A loop fitted to a bar with a different pitch or gauge
