With 18 inches of bar you can take down small trees, buck trunks a 14-inch saw could not reach through, and clear serious storm damage. That work is often done in a hurry and in mud, so we kept the cutters semi-chisel: they keep working after the odd brush with the ground. Check the stamp, count 62, and it fits. Part 1B0Q62X is German steel with hardened, quenched rivets and chrome-plated cutters. The same chain comes with a bar in our 18-inch combo if your rails are worn.
