About this loop
Seventy links is fewer than the 72 that many 20-inch 3/8" chains carry, so it is worth counting before you buy; a 72-link loop will not tension down on this bar. The CS-4400 and some Poulan and McCulloch saws share the size. For felling and bucking, the full-chisel profile gives a quick, clean cut, but it is not low-kickback and needs a skilled operator. Our part 3D070X has quenched rivets, chrome-plated cutters and German steel plates, and it leaves us oiled against rust, three loops to a box.
