About this loop

Here is the mix-up we see most at 10 inches: two chains with the same 40 links and 3/8" LP pitch, one at .043" and one at .050". They look identical in a photo. The difference shows up on the saw, where the wrong gauge either jams or rattles. This loop is the .050" version, cross-referenced as S40, for the Remington, Worx, Sun Joe and Craftsman tools listed. We cold-head and grind the chrome-plated semi-chisel cutters, which keeps them biting through bark and dust. KAKEI part 1B0Q40X.

  • Fits the Remington RM1035P, Worx WG309, Sun Joe SWJ803E and Craftsman 10-inch saws that use the S40 chain.
  • Built at .050" gauge; the look-alike .043" loop for Ryobi and Worx battery saws is a separate item.
  • Semi-chisel teeth keep cutting after brushing soil at the base of a sapling, which happens often in yard cleanup.
