About this loop

The longer the bar, the more chips the chain has to carry out of the cut. Skip-tooth spacing gives each cutter a bigger gullet, so sawdust clears instead of clogging and the engine holds its speed. With fewer cutters, filing a 28-inch loop also takes less time at the end of the day. Stihl lists this size as 36760050091, and the 72EXJ091G code points here too. Full chisel, not low-kickback, and suited only to experienced operators. KAKEI part 2D0F91X, German steel with quenched rivets and chrome-plated cutters.
