About this loop

A 16-inch cordless saw can handle real firewood, so it tends to see real hours. That is also where a thin-gauge chain earns its place: less steel in the kerf means more cuts per charge. Our part 1B4Q56X keeps the low-profile semi-chisel shape, with chrome-plated, rotary-ground cutters that stay sharp in dusty rounds. Rivets are hardened and quenched against stretch, which matters on a longer bar where slack shows up quickly. If your bar reads .050" instead, you want our 56-link S56 loop. The 49162715 code also points here.

  • Fits the EGO CS1613 and DeWalt DCCS690 with 16-inch bars; cross-referenced to 49162715, DWO1DT616 and R56.
  • A .043" gauge for battery bars; the 16-inch gas-saw loop with the same 56 links runs at .050".
  • Quenched rivets resist stretch on the longer bar, so you retension less often during a firewood session.
