About this loop

Worn rails let a chain lean, and a leaning chain cuts in a curve no matter how sharp it is. Replacing the bar and chain together resets the whole cutting system at once. Our 14-inch bar is lightweight and designed for less kickback, which suits occasional woodcutters using small gas and electric saws. The three chains are 3/8" LP, .050" gauge and 52 drive links, semi-chisel, and they meet ANSI B175.1-2012 low-kickback performance. Like our loose chains, they are German steel with hardened rivets and chrome-plated cutters. Read the stamp on your old bar to confirm.
